酒店回复: Sorry to hear about your experience. Our ice machine is currently down, though we do offer ice at the desk, available 24/7. Our fitness center was up and available from 7 am - 12 am, as was our sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the pool did require rebalancing. The ceiling was not leaking, though a pipe had been replaced the prior day.
