The patio door was not able to be opened without the assistance of the engineer. The freezer had no ice— it had been turned off. The tvs did not work the first night—the picture and the sound were broken up and garbled. The second night we needed the help of the engineer again as all three tvs said “no signal”.
The showers were difficult to operate without first knowing how they worked.
The twin bed’s mattress was very uncomfortable.
All of the outlets in the kitchen had been shut off, but we did figure out to turn them on.
The room itself was lovely, really enjoyed the ocean view and we loved the pools, the beach and the restaurants! Every staff person was wonderful.

My second childhood
This was just what my friend and I needed. You really didn't have to go anywhere if you didn't want to, you have restaurants, grills, bars, and what I came for the lazy river and pools. It was well worth the money. Beautiful room and view of the ocean, sunrise and the pool area. I got a free upgrade which after seeing where I would have stayed I was very pleased with the change.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights in the lodge in an Ocean View 2 queen bed room. The room was clean and well maintained. The view overlooking the golf course and ocean was wonderful. It was a short walk to the water park and restaurants. We really enjoyed the resort

Nice golf destination, lots of dining options (on/off property), stuff for the kids, beach options...excellent staff, very attentive, and quick response to any issues...golf courses were phenomenal!!

Stayed with family for two days. Overall good but not meet expectations.
Pros: Clean facility and room. Easy access to beach and convenient parking. Publix store is 5 min away.
Cons: Room 628 has no in room or inhouse laundry facilities. It will be great, if they provide laundry room. Room has mini fridge and doesn’t have toaster.
Water park was closed most of the time we stayed.

这是我们第二次来这里，第一次住这家小木屋，体验截然不同。楼下很热闹，但房间里很脏，我们房间的沙发坏了，电话也打不通，前台几乎没人接电话，Atlantic Grill餐厅的食物和服务都差强人意。泳池也破败不堪。我们很喜欢它靠近海滩的地理位置和适合家庭的泳池，但考虑到其他种种问题，感觉不值得来。
提前十个月预订，要求的是海景房，结果却给了我们一间临街的房间。度假村拒绝更换房间。入住第一晚厨房水槽就漏水。公寓里的东西极其简陋，没有清洁用品、纸巾、卫生纸，连像样的餐具都没有。非常失望。以后不会再来了。我是这家度假村的忠实顾客，已经是第六次入住了。度假村应该给我们提供我们提前十个月预订的房间。这就是他们对待回头客的方式。这就是我们以后不会再来的原因。
