Water had leaked from the refrigerator all over the floor when we entered the room. Attempted to plug in a charger and there was a sticky substance spilled on the floor in a different area of the room.

Desk clerk was very nice, pleasant, and helpful. She was outstanding. The pictures online of the rooms looked like very nice rooms. The beds were nice and comfortable. The condition of the property was very poor. There was a lot of dirt/dust on the molding. Our shower had a big hole in it. The grout in the shower and the bathroom floor was very dirty. There was a lot of noise from the room above us
