I usually really like staying here, but they were struggling this time around. When I checked in I was told they were doing rennovations upstairs that would start at 7am. Sounded fine to me. Nope, the work began at 6am right over my head, and it was loud! Cable and WiFi both went in and out, and it took a long time for a desk clerk to check me in. It'd be nice to state up front that there's construction going on as a warning, at least.

Easy check in - friendly staff at desk!
Just a one night stay, but everything was great - clean and comfortable room, great breakfast with eggs and sausages as well as cereal and waffles.

Our room was nice and clean. The hotel was very quiet. Only downside was the jets in the hot tub in the pool area didn’t work. Other than that the breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay very much!

It is a non smoking hotel, but our room smelled like someone had been smoking in it, or the prior party was a heavy smoker and it lingered in the room. I will say they offered to give us another room but we did not check in until after 11 pm and had already unpacked.

The hotel was close to restaurants and other businesses. Check in was fast and easy. Our room was clean but the A/C- hearing unit was very loud when turned on. We were unable to use it while sleeping because it was too loud. Otherwise the area seemed safe and it was quiet

We had a pleasant stay at Quality Inn, Laramie. The room was clean and the place felt safe. The location was convenient, with an Indian restaurant nearby. The continental breakfast in the morning was good and a nice start to the day.

The hotel is located on a busy street, the parking lot is set close to the building and is well lit. The staff was not present at check-in; they left instructions to use a house phone to call them for service. The lobby was clean and cozy. The room was clean and the linens fresh. The room was surprisingly quiet located facing the street. It was a pleasant experience.
