When you see the front of the property it looks nice but when you drive around to the back to park it's awful. They seem to be working to fix it up but it's a mess. Trash everywhere, rooms were stinky and dirty and roaches. People live at this place and are very loud partying until 1a.m.. We didn't feel safe to come out of our rooms.

Now We Understand Why There Were No Pictures of the Room.
1. Tried to check in at 3 was told they were on a break.
2. After we got off work and back to the room, it was flooded by the ac unit. Went down to the desk since the room had no phone and was told maintenance would be up. 30 minutes later he showed up and an hour after that it was no longer leaking into the room. (Midnight by then)
3. The showerhead didn't fully work . See pics, and there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner.
4. Walls looked like someone's kid went full on Picaso. See pics
5. Over all horrible stay. This place is meant for residents not travellers or people on a schedule.

When I arrived a motel location, I found no one at the front desk. A sign said returning in thirty minutes. Thirty minutes went by, and other people were waiting in the lobby too. Finaly a Maintenace man came by and said the rooms are not ready that they were shorthanded. Almost an hour later I was given a room. But not what I had requested. Single bed. The beds looked like they were messily remade, and the sheets were questionable too. There were no clean towels or soap. The WI fi could not connect and the TV didn't work. When I came back for my second night. The room had not been cleaned, the beds not made and there were dead bugs. The place is dirty. it houses renters of low income. So, many are permitnet residents. According to police conversations. The place is known for prostution

Asked for a no smoking room, and we open the door to cigarette smell, and the smoke detector was blocked with toliet paper, so the room obviously wasn't even checked. Candy wrappers were already on the floor under the bed. The hinge on the bathroom door was busted, so we had to hold it up to get it to close shut. The security latch was gone, so we had to move the bed so no one tried to bust in. TV was working, but captions only, no audio; but thats okay, since you can hear all your other neighbors coughing. The mini fridge and microwave were clean at least. The staff member who checked me in was also nice. Got what i paid for, i suppose.
