Check in was quick and friendly. Room was clean with plenty linen and hot water. I chose this location for safety (traveling with kids) and quiet. Was perfect for what we needed. My son ate some breakfast but the rest of us skipped it.

My stay was ok. I was very disappointed upon checking in i was told that the room i booked wasn't available because they are overbooked.. Thats not ok. This is my first time that iI ever have this experience my booking was weeks in advance. Upon showing her my email confirming my reservation she's now apologizing. I had to take my cousin room and she takes mine. After traveling i was super tired and annoyed. The beds were very comfortable but the carpets smell very bad in the rooms and the hallways. The hotel needs upgrade. The area is very convenient.
