The room did not have a mountain view, it was a view of the parking lot. Did not have breakfast at the hotel. The staff at check-in could not have been nicer.

The room was very nice, loved the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here.

Due to the time of year we visited almost all of the amenities offered by the property were closed. We don’t remember seeing this during the booking process or being notified of it during check in. However the location was perfect and room was nice.
虽然是开业很久的酒店但是比我想象中的好太多了，设施很完善房间很干净，特别棒的一次体验，出门就是雪场🥹早餐也超级好吃
入住时并未告知我们酒店没有水。外面的门锁坏了，只能用链条锁上。酒店维护状况极差，电梯里的瓷砖破损，灯罩撕裂，家具破损。我们离开几个小时，房间都没有打扫。我们告知前台房间未打扫，并且需要毛巾，但回来后发现没有毛巾。这家酒店实在不应该被列为Rock Resort旗下酒店。酒店位置优越，床和淋浴设施也不错，所以我没有给它最低分。此外，电视也坏了，电话也没有。
这次入住体验很糟糕。我住的是390号水疗套房，房间热得离谱——76华氏度（约24摄氏度）。没有空调，没有风扇，也没有窗户可以打开。只能打开一楼的门，这意味着熊、小动物，甚至其他人都能进出房间。更离谱的是，马桶整晚都发出巨大的噪音。我刚到的时候还好，第二天早上就没声音了。简直疯了。我只能戴着耳塞熬过这一夜。房间本身其实挺不错的，热水浴缸和水疗中心看起来也挺好，但是舒适度实在太差了。
在我们入住期间的大部分时间里，都有保安人员在场，他们令人讨厌，说实话，很烦人。孩子们因为他们的存在而感到不安和不舒服。这完全破坏了我们的体验。
