Do not stay here. Dirty sheets. Bed bugs. We always book our out of state hunting clients to stay here at America’s Best Value Inn. Tonight our clients came into dirty sheets and bed bugs under the mattress cover! They attempted to contact someone at the front desk to move them rooms and no one would come out. Our client, so dissatisfied and absolutely grossed out, left the key at the desk and booked his own room at the Holiday Inn. He has to be up at 4 am to hunt so having to move motels was an extreme upset. We called the motel immediately and the person who answered was so incredibly rude. Didn’t apologize , argued with us and said he would not refund our client. As local business owners ourselves we would never treat our clients like this and we are shocked anyone else would. I do not recommend this motel.

The hotel is outdated, but for the price on a game weekend I will absolutely stay there again. The room was clean and everything worked well.

Small, quiet, and out of the way. Great little place. Is an older building for sure but well maintained and comes with super friendly staff.

The hotel it's easy to get in and out. is very clean and the staff are very friendly. So i had a very pleasant stay so i definitely want to stay visit hotel again on my next trip.

Booked this room the night before check in date because a hotel I had booked months before was potentially closed and phone was disconnected? Unbelievable. Anyway I called this hotel and was relieved to speak with a live person and was assured I had a valid reservation!. Check in time was a very gracious 1 pm and was welcomed by a very nice gentleman at the front desk . After a few minutes he provided a key to a room and breakfast for the next morning which consisted of fresh fruit and yogurt. I totally understand that it it hard to find breakfast attendant help at the value priced hotels, so I had no issues with what was provided. Opened the door to the room to find a very clean smelling comfortable room with 2 queen beds . Had a small coffee pot , fridge and microwave. And the TV actually came right on when remote was used . Wonderful! Shower was very strong and felt great after a tiresome previous 24 hours . Minimal noise from outside and adjacent rooms . We slept soundly and woke up well rested . Will definitely stay here again based on this experience. Highly recommend for the price and if you don’t need all the bells and whistles of a $300 a night room !
