This is hotel was well maintained and had an European feel. It was clean hotel. A European breakfast with meats, cheeses and yogurt was included which was nice.

Booked a room with a balcony and mountain view through ******* — got neither. When I raised the issue, the staff were rude and dismissive. After my review, they offered a room change on our final day, which felt like too little, too late.
The general manager did refund our parking fee since they couldn’t provide the room we paid for, but that small gesture didn’t make up for the overall experience.
The rooms are outdated. This is not a boutique hotel — the overall vibe is more tired 3-star hotel than upscale alpine retreat.
