This place is not worth the price. It's dirty, dingy, and not clean. The breakfast wasn't worth eating. There are a lot of homeless people wandering around the hotel.

Good Stay and Very Affordable
Hotel appears to be in the process of some renovation but was clean, bed sagged a little but was comfortable, bedside light was much too dim to read by, though switch was turned all the way up. Disappointing but not a big deal. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable though not quite professional (desk clerk hanging out in lobby with a friend having snacks when we arrived, morning clerk or possibly housekeeper, also sitting in lobby when giving departure greeting). Hot breakfast was passable but nothing special. Altogether a good stay. We go to Tulsa 6 to 10 times a year and will happily stay again on our next trip.

Conveniently located near the main downtown area. Quick drive to Blue Dome District and Greenwood. Hotel staff was friendly. I was given an upgrade, which was nice, howver, I immediately had to call for service because the lightbulbs needed to be replaced in two lamps! Staff responded promptly. The elevator broke after the first of my three night stay. Skip the pool and the breakfast. Many rooms appear to have a balcony, which was nice. Overall, satisfactory.

It was very ran down and the pool said it would be open in April it’s June and was not open had alittle rain water in it with a bunch of beer cans in the pool

No hot water, tv didn’t work, elevator was out and they charged extra for a deposit . Put us on 2nd floor , paint in the tub . Pool was not working and full of trash . Paint supplies everywhere.

I can start with check in. I was in the register as booked for registration. But they did not have my initial deposit as active, and they wanted a $50 deposit.
2nd was the fact they upgraded me to a suit on the 2nd floor, but then indicated the elevator was inoperable, so I was traveling up and down stairs on one level for all my movements. When I made the reservations, was never informed of inoperable elevator.

The property smelled like **** staff was smoking on the property and I side by the front door I will be reaching to get a full refund and ask for a investigation.
