We kept getting locked out of our room, they finally sent someone to break in 2hrs later we left said it would be fixed. Came back locked out again, asked to be moved to another room , so had to pack everything up and move . So wasted roughly 4-5 hours of our trip

The bed and pillows are the most comfortable of any hotel I've ever stayed in. BUT, the road noise is terrible

We booked a single king bedroom but were put into a double full bedroom, had to take all our luggage back down to the lobby to get fixed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but facing the street it was super loud. A lot of cars with music blasting, at least two times police or ambulance sirens screaming by. The hotel had a ear plugs in the room so I guess we should have known. I wouldn't come back.

The ac unit was blocked by the table so it was hard to get air to the whole room. We ran out of body wash just after one person showered. The location was fantastic as it was close to the stadium.

The front desk staff was very courteous. The room was mostly clean. I found a piece of metal wire on the bathroom floor. The trash cans did not have any trash bags in them. The charger power ***** in the desk did not work properly.

酒店还不错。客房服务人员很棒。前台服务人员有点儿不靠谱。
太简陋，拖鞋、牙刷什么都没有！
早餐装食物的盘子，拿起来准备去拿食物，几乎每一个盘子都有没有洗干净的残留食物，好恶心！
2023/11/28，早餐的那个高个子女士工作非常有工作热情、服务周到、热心！很友好！她说她来这餐厅工作两年半了！忘了问她的姓名！有了她的服务抵消了盘子不干净带来的不好体验。值得大大点赞！
