Clean rooms, very quiet and friendly staff. I would’ve given them five stars, but they’ve got to replace those pillows that they have. They are awful, even though they give you four of them.

The check in staff was wonderful. I originally put 5 stars because that was the question. But when it asked for feedback, the question changed to an overall rating. Thats not cool. The overall stay was not 5 stars. After a long 9 hour drive, we arrived around 1 am and there was a bottle cap and questional white powder in a paper wrap under the mattress of one bed, there were lucky charms and blueberry muffin crumbs all in the sofa bed. There was a fry under/behind the sofa bed. There was a baggy with apple cores? In the fridge door and also some green cup on a stick thing... it was gross and the last thing we wanted to deal with in the middle of the night. The checkin person was very apologetic and fgot us a new room immediately, but it still made the overall experience poor. The lady that made the continental breakfast did an amazing job. We dis not use any amenties this go around.

The room was clean, but everything was very dinged up and the wallpaper was starting to split in a few places. The paint was coming off of the tv stand and the mirror. The couch was really old and worn.

At check in the staff was nice. The room was clean but had a funky smell. Really wish the jacuzzi was working. Overall the stay wasn't bad, however the condition of the hotel in general was rough. Need was okay. The comforter was stained. The curtains had several stains. TLC needed.

Quite outdated & dingy. Sheets & comforter were stained in many places. It was quiet thankfully. Carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Breakfast was fair, but not much for me being gluten free. Fine for one night.
