Perfect spot for a few touristic days in Munich. A few steps, and you are at Karlzplatz, wiht all trains and trams, and old town. Clean rooms. In our room we had usb-contact in the bed-lamp!! Nice breakfast! I could easily come back. As far as I could see, the area is not more seedy than any other area.
