The room was a bottom level floor & it was uncomfortably COLD when we arrived. Even after we found we could adjust the thermostat (which the adjuster switch was broken, that's why I didn't know we could adjust it ourselves right away), it still took quite awhile to warm up. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom or anywhere else. Inside the microwave was dirty, not enough towels, & can't get any extra towels unless you turn in towels so basically you can't get extra towels period. The worst was the dirt on window seal & the mold, which seemed as though it had attempted to be taken care of at some point previously, but wasn't done correctly so it came back & will continue to until they quit cutting corners & just fix it the right way. The price is outrageous for the conditions of the hotel overall. It's a low budget place that reminds me of the kind you can rent by the hour.

Area around hotel seems unsafe. Lots of homeless ppl. Hotel does provide free transportation by taxi from airport and to downtown.

Old and not well unkept. No ac and it was hot when we were there. Breakfast is trash. Lots of vagrants around after dark. Wouldn’t recommend. A lot of nicer places around. I’d pass on this one unless it’s the only thing available. Won’t be staying here again.

Breakfast was advertised but the juice machine was unavailable and no coffee. All choices for food were prepackaged muffins. Vending machines were out of order.

I love the location, it's right next to a mall, with grocery store, and there is a sporting goods store and restaurants within walking distance.
Staff accidentally left a window open and the floor was soaked for sever feet. Inside the room.
Staff were friendly and tried to dry it.

Comfortable, convenient, and accommodating.
We enjoyed our stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham in Ketchikan, Alaska. The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom also was clean and had great set up for handicapped persons. The price was reasonable, and you could pay a bit extra for early check in and late check out which helped us a lot.
早餐没有好吃的食物，牛奶变酸了，花了两天时间才拿到洗澡用的毛巾。有 8 天没有补货，垃圾清空时不得不自己清空，没有多余的垃圾袋。工作人员定期巡查，防止无家可归者进入。这是在冬季，所以不确定与旅游旺季相比如何。
