Wi-fi had to sign in everytime you came back. Pillows were bad. No cleaning done between days.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and seemed to really care about guests. I rarely leave hotel ratings, but they were so nice and friendly, I had to let them know their care is noticed. Would absolutely stay there again. (One note of caution, it is near the highway, so you do get some road noise, but that's going to be the same for any hotel on that stretch of road.

The only complaint i Have is the tvs cant access the internet. no youtube or Netflix. other then that its nice and affordable

The room was small but clean and comfortable. Appreciated when they called me the following day to let me know I had left a phone charger in the room!

I really like this property - The room was small but comfortable had all the amenities needed ( fridge, microwave, and a little window nook which I loved) - It is also well decorated and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was nice and so were breakfast hours. It just felt cozy - And the location is PERFECT ( safe- lots of stores/ restaurants, not far from downtown ERIE) - I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The two ladies at the front desk were friendly and answered all questions, great stay and will stay again
