The outside was clean and no people loitering outside because we checked in late. It was quiet with easy parking. the staff was very professional.

Strangely, we were only given one set of towels even though the reservation was clearly for two. The “breakfast” was also a huge disappointment. The drink machine was broken, there was a waffle iron but the batter dispenser was completely empty, and there was no milk for the cereal. There wasn’t even jam to spread on the toast (at least the toaster appeared to be working). Finally, there is supposedly a pool that is open at the time of our stay, but it was covered over.
I will say that the one front desk staff person was extremely friendly and helpful. This clearly wasn’t his fault. The management simply hasn’t invested in the upkeep for this property to make it a pleasant stay for guests. The excellent customer service is the only reason I haven’t given this hotel 1 star.

There was no soda machines, the breakfast was very limited the place was so hot you couldn’t breath.

Great room, breakfast was pitiful
Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked great in the room. The lobby and breakfast area were hot.

Coffee was lukewarm and bad. Breakfast choices were lacking. Juice machine was out of order. No milk for cereal. Bread was stale and no butter or jelly. Eggs were rubbery and cold.

We booked through ******* where listing said pool and breakfast. After a ten hour drive and arriving, the stench of feces smacks you in the face as you enter the lobby. I wait at the front desk for over 10-15 minutes for someone to come. I ask about the pool since it’s covered. He says it’s not working. I said we can’t stay here and would like to cancel. He says it’s completely up to *******. I call ******* and they say they have to call the hotel. The representative comes back and says the hotel will not cancel and refund. Very disappointing.

Mold on ceiling, hallways filthy, bathtub was chipped beyond being able to use it, paint on walls was horrible, no refills of toilet paper etc no counters in bathrooms-either no breakfast or terrible breakfast.
Rooms were NOTHING like advertised-, no suite, no couch, no recliner.
