The check-in hostess at 2pm on Thursday, October 9, 2025, was superb. She was so patient and helpful. If your company gives kudos/awards/rewards for exemplary service, she deserves it. Please tell her "Kansas" says "THANK YOU!!!".

Meh.
They charged me an extra $25 a night to park my vehicle. Breakfast was not complimentary and way overpriced,so was everything in the snack area. Only good thing was it was located in a convenient spot.

Fantastic stay!
This hotel was extremely clean and modern. Great location and incredibly friendly staff. The bartender was very personable and the drinks were on point. The bed was very comfortable and the room was fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice property. Area around it has construction everywhere. Was very hard to get to the property. I know not the properties fault. The staff and the property were top notch!

All the electrical outlets are UNDER the desk of under the top of the bedside "table". The connects for the later were SO loose that a connection could not be accomplished. The desk chair has 4 legs rather than rollers. The bench to sit upon is UNDER the TV that is mounted in front of the windows. The parking is only accessible vis a very narrow ramp that has a VERY narrow 90-degree turn that has obviously snagged numerous vehicles, The exit from parking is via a maze.

They don’t warn you that if there is an event at BOK center the cops will shut down all access to the hotel via car. You have to sweet talk cops to get in.

If you wanna go to a hotel that yes looks nice but is gonna charge you an additional 250+ after you leave this is the perfect spot for you
