There were some cockroaches in the bathroom. The balcony was pretty ugly, so it needs to be refreshed. The extractor hood above the stove never worked. The cutlery was dirty. Some parts of the fridge were broken. The carpet on the floor is a total no-no to me for hygiene reasons. The most disgusting - the towels. I had to have my towels re changed almost every day. How can they provide your guests with dirty towels?
One elevator out of two was functional only once during my 10-day stay. The second was out of service most of the time. And I was on the 4th floor. I felt bad for those old people who could barely walk. Some people even got stuck in an elevator.

Clean rooms with a nice beach view!
Kuerig coffee machine in room was a nice touch. (We were able to bring our own favorite coffee k-cups!)
A/C worked great, and was quiet and ice- cold when desired.
On our last day the elevators were out of order. But, this happens sometimes... My wife overheard the desk attendant frantically trying to get someone out to repair them.
Overall, we had a great stay on the beach!

They were painting where I was supposed to have a room. Still wet floor outside room. Upgraded me to an oceanfront with balcony
