I so appreciate the desk clerk Calvin for turning the heat on in my room. I checked in late and it was very cold that night. I asked him if he could do me a favor and turn my heat on and he did thank you so much Calvin.

Room was clean. I usually give 5 stars but ths hotel was missing a few things. Checked in and the person behind the desk just left because their shift was up. Had to wait for another person to help and their password didnt work on the computer. No Shampoo in the bathtub.

I was impressed that you got the elevator fixed so quickly as I was told the day before I came (Friday) that it was down. The only negative was that the TVs were down in the entire hotel.

The tv did not work for 3 days. The hotel contacted cox cable service but they did not come to fix the problem.

The room was amazing. I love the hardwood flooring as opposed to carpet. My only complaint is that there was only one nightstand. The other side of the bed had a floor lamp but no nightstand.

No safety concerns. Parking was right outside the lobby door and AC was perfect, Housekeeping could have been a little more thorough (replaced dirty drink cups, cleaned ice bucket)
