This hotel was nothing like the pictures. Horrible breakfast, hot tub doesn’t work, smelt like **** and cigarettes. Extremely noisy throughout the night. Requested a queen bed, there is no way that bed was a queen. The pillows were horrible and the room stunk. I would not recommend and I was only there for 2 nights.

It was okay. Carl the front desk clerk was amazing. Very friendly and quick. The rooms were okay but could use a better cleaning and updating. Looks like they tried to renovate but fell a little short. Is okay for a quick overnight but not the most desirable place to stay.
这个地方真是太恶心了。我们第一次入住的房间里到处都是蟑螂和其他小黑虫。我们去前台告诉他们，前台小姐告诉我们经理要到周一才会来（当时是周四晚上），温德姆的人直到第二天早上才会接电话，所以她无能为力。我们离开了一会儿，因为我无法忍受呆在这么恶心的地方，我们回来时换了一位工作人员，所以我们又问了一次，这位工作人员说他们能做的最好的事情就是把我们转移到隔壁唯一可用的房间。那个房间没有那么严重，但墙上仍然有蟑螂爬来爬去。经理周一回来时，我们要求打折或做点别的，但他们说他们不能这么做，因为我们是通过*******预订的，而不是通过他们预订的。总的来说，不推荐，员工很差劲，房间很脏，整栋楼都有难闻的气味，停车场总是挤满了可疑的人。

过夜，舒适又干净。房间有烟雾探测器，房间中央有绿灯。位置不太适合睡觉。
热水浴缸不错，但只能开几分钟。为了坐 20 分钟，不得不按了好几次按钮。
首先 - 他们给我们安排的房间闻起来有股**的味道（幸好我们换了一间）。第二天电视机无法启动，我们请求帮助，但他们无法解决问题……早餐太差劲了！浴室里的毛巾架上全是锈迹！！！……
工作人员非常棒。酒店的清洁度无可挑剔。如果我再次来到这座城市，我一定会再次入住。太棒了 👏 👏
钥匙不能用，给了我另一个房间，有人深夜试图进入我的房间，因为他们给了我相同的房间号
房间很棒——空间很大，很干净。热水浴缸不热，自动售货机坏了。热水是棕色的，好像里面有咖啡或茶。不过很安静祥和。
