The room had no towels and was not clean the floor was dirty also the room had a smell to it. The room appeared to be without towels, and its cleanliness was not up to standard, as the floor was dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor present.

We were really pleased with our experience- Microtel has a fun spirit and a nice stay. Basic with all of the things that you need in a colorful atmosphere.

I didn’t like that breakfast was offered until 9:30 and when went to get breakfast, it was very bare. We ended up just checking out early and got breakfast elsewhere.

酒店回复: Sorry to know that you did not find the breakfast timing to be good. Almost 95% of other hotels offer standard 3 hour window of either 6:00-9:0AM or 6:30-9:30AM. We know that starting breakfast at 6:30 AM caters to majority of our guests as we cannot change breakfast hours for one guest. You came very late for breakfast which is out of our control. After 9:30 AM, our housekeepers come and clean the breakfast room out. We still held some items after that time for you. While we can't change our breakfast hours for one guest, we hope you enjoyed our rooms!

I did not like a single thing about this place it was the most horrible experience i have ever had at any hotel.. the staff were unprofessional, on their phone only in the back room, rude and the hotel room had so many issues.. leaking AC, Musty Smell, clogged sink drain, food in fridge still, dirt in tub. They probably didnt even clean the room.
They don't service you and want you to bring your towels to them before they give you new towels even though they dont give enough towels like most hotels and motels do.
I will never stay at this hotel again. Shame on Whyndham for being such a big brand and allowing their hotels to get to this level of disgust.

The elevator smelled really bad, stale urine or dirty mop water that was used first in bathroom. The room was clean, staff friendly, and price was decent. Personal opinion, all hotel showers are too low. I’m 6’3” and the show head reached my chin so having to duck to wash your hair makes for an outstanding first world problem to have.
