Room nasty, room smelled like butt. Only thing for breakfast cereal (literally ) no creamer no sugar for coffee and the best one yet. No cable! Only thing missing was bed bugs

These are the cutest hotels if you are a single traveler. There was a regional power outage, and the staff, was very helpful in getting my luggage down to the first floor. I love these microtel hotels!

The room was not clean when I checked in. I stayed for 4 nights and they never cleaned it the entire time I was there. Really disappointed Wyndham allows this.

The room had no towels and was not clean the floor was dirty also the room had a smell to it. The room appeared to be without towels, and its cleanliness was not up to standard, as the floor was dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor present.

We were really pleased with our experience- Microtel has a fun spirit and a nice stay. Basic with all of the things that you need in a colorful atmosphere.

I didn’t like that breakfast was offered until 9:30 and when went to get breakfast, it was very bare. We ended up just checking out early and got breakfast elsewhere.

酒店回复: Sorry to know that you did not find the breakfast timing to be good. Almost 95% of other hotels offer standard 3 hour window of either 6:00-9:0AM or 6:30-9:30AM. We know that starting breakfast at 6:30 AM caters to majority of our guests as we cannot change breakfast hours for one guest. You came very late for breakfast which is out of our control. After 9:30 AM, our housekeepers come and clean the breakfast room out. We still held some items after that time for you. While we can't change our breakfast hours for one guest, we hope you enjoyed our rooms!
