Check-in was very fast and desk clerk was very friendly. We took luggage to our room, stayed about 30 minutes, and then left to see a concert. When we arrived back to our room a large McDonald's cup that was not ours was on the bathroom counter!

The room had bed bugs and bugs that looked like lice in the couches that folded out to beds. We were put in room 203 and found the bugs then moved to 201 and the same thing. We had the front desk person, Tom, come up and look. He said house keeping was going to get wrote up because they were cleaning. We asked for a room without a couch and one with 2 beds and he couldnt do that for us. The parking lot seems sketchy with lots of people walking are and lingering around. We drove by after we had checked out and cops were under the awning. I would not recommend even though at the time of booking the reviews were an 8.1.

The only negative thing was no air circulation, the room was stuffy. Everything else was great, the parking, cleanliness, newer decor, friendly employees and the breakfast. Would stay again

The hotel is very conveniently located. (Bill and Ruth's Restaurant acrros the street is delicious) The room was very clean but you better like the smell of Fabuloso. Big TV in the room and the bed was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was decent but the front desk attendant was blaring rap music on her phone on 3 of the 4 mornings I was there. Not how you want to start your day.

Check in was fine. Outside of property and lobby looked clean so thought it was promising. Went into the room not too bad but thought let me check around the bed and couch for bed bugs etc. looked like the comforter hadn’t been changed in god knows how long. Looked like boogers or something on it. Saw there was a mattress protector on there which is good but something inside me said lift up the mattress protector…man am I glad I did!! The whole corner of the mattress was just black idk what it was almost looked like it was moldy??? Immediately said absolutely not.

Great place to stay for men, but as a single woman I would not stay here again. There was a lot of people wondering back & forth in front of hotel parking, as well as homeless loitering. I didn’t feel very safe.

Microwave oven in the room was dirty. Looked like the previous occupant heated some pizza so there were hardened bits cheese stuck to the glass plate.
