WARNING, to anyone with foot, ankle, knee, bunion or leg issues. I have a touch of cerebral palsy. Asked for an ADA room. Westin Villas gave us the farthest ADA room from the pool / spa area. Took a 1/2 hour (1 way) back to our room. We were told that the pool area was "just a short distance". IT WAS NOT ! Told the sales staff that if they had an accident, cancer, bone brake or fall, only then would they know how difficult it is to get around. They didn't really care ! How ironic that the handicap parking spots are close to the room, but the ADA room given was the farthest from spa area ! Asked for some type of refund, was told NO !

Nice units. Very clean. Updated amenities. Very little noise. We had a 2 bedroom unit , with 1 bedroom as a lockoff. Both sides had refrigerators, cooktops, microwaves, coffee makers, dishes, pots & pans & utensils. Each had it's own balcony overlooking the golf course. Grocery stores across the road. McDowell Marketplace has breakfast & sandwiches, as well as a bar. Two pools on site, with access to more pools at the adjacent Westin Hotel.

This is a recurring pleasant experience that we have enjoyed for many years! It begins at the Front Drive, where accommodating assistance, with smiles and hugs, is provided by the bellmen, including Rob, Troy, and others. The Front Deck, notably Tina, Brody, and others, ensures a smooth check-in, fulfilling our needs. Our villa is excellent, very clean (great housekeeping), and if we have any maintenance issues, the staff is prompt and professional. The grounds continue to be well-maintained and beautiful. A hallmark of the property is the people! Their friendliness and desire to serve our needs are paramount in their priorities. To name just a few of note - Bar/Servers - Dani, Erica, Sean, Devon, Juan, and others; Water/Towels servers (Did I mention it is a desert?) - Ryan, Mike, Aylessia (sic), et. al. keep us hydrated and comfortable. Another amenity is the resort shuttle service that gets us to nearby restaurants and shopping. We come a couple of times a year and are never disappointed.
