Room had a strong scent, too strong. I had to cancel my reservat. The manager lied to ******* saying I was a no show, when they actually checked me in. Trying to get a refund from *******.

TV did not work at all despite the front desk attempting to remedy. Flashing light on the ceiling from the smoke detector, very annoying. Ceiling in the bathroom was gross

Whenever I am traveling to Taos I stay here, the staffs are good and having a safe stay till now. Lots of parking space.

I booked 2 king rooms. When we got to the hotel, the clerk said they only had 1 king room. He put the couple traveling with us in a queen suite. I think they mismanaged my reservation. Will not stay there again!

The bed was comfortable and shower good but overall room was not comfortable. There were two straight back wooden chairs we used for our suitcase, otherwise only the floor. No other chairs. Lighting was poor, hard to read in bed since no chair. We had only bath towels, no hand towels or wash clothes. Breakfast was so-so. Waffle maker, cereal, assorts bread to toast. No eggs, sausage, yogurt etc. We didn’t feel totally safe….loud shouting and pounding from nearby room, almost like a fight. Several young men just hanging out in parking lot. Unclear if they were guests….seem not so, but not sure. Overall would not recommend.
