工作人员不怎么样。他们不让我取消预订，而且在我没有同意的情况下，就直接扣了我的钱，给我又订了一晚我根本不需要的房间。
预订酒店时没说宠物费多少，入住时被强收了150美元一晚宠物费。以后再也不会入住，也不会再在携程订酒店。酒店与携程一起坑客人。
非常差的体验，千万别住
每次莱都要住上一段时间，有厨房附近好几个超市，食材安全，有机食物也多，后面是一大片的树林和小高尔夫练习场，每天在草坪上看日落非常棒
房间挺好，很有威廉斯堡当地特色，周边安静安全，附近吃饭的地方也不少，离Willam&Mary学校也近
我们通过*******预订了带四只吉娃娃的旅行。他们核实了所有信息。7月22日，我亲自给酒店打电话。前台人员告诉我，所有信息都经过核实，甚至包括吉娃娃。然而，当我们到达酒店时，前台人员却拒绝接受我们的预订。不仅如此，当我丈夫不同意他们的要求时，他们还禁止他进入酒店和住所。他们根本不关心我们开了8个小时的车来度假，也不关心我们是否没有地方住。总经理来了，即使我告诉她所有信息都经过了核实，她仍然说“太糟糕了”。我试着给*******打电话，但毫无帮助。再也不来了！！！
我们非常喜欢住在这家酒店！非常安静、舒适，总体来说很干净。我们只希望它能提供每日客房清洁服务，但除此之外，一切都很完美！
