没有客房服务，即使是在“长期住宿”（名字里就有，对吧？）期间也不得不在前台更换脏毛巾。游泳池关闭了，无疑是为了省钱。房间里有咖啡机吗？没有。但你可以要求一个。但他们没有。去机场很方便（步行），但也仅此而已。房间里的躺椅很糟糕。杠杆可以把脚凳调高，但你必须用力弯腿才能把它放下来。如果你力气不够大，你就得从脚凳上滑下来。或者你会被卡在椅子上。但他们不会马上找到你的尸体，因为没有客房服务。

I selected this as it had complimentary breakfast. The "breakfast" included a granola bar and coffee. When I was in bed, I could feel the mattress coils. The shower was not stocked with products, and the conditioner was empty. When I went to use the fitness center, the treadmill would start and instantly come to a stop unpredictably, throwing me off the machine - and when I went to grab the handles, they swiveled down as they were not tight. I looked over into the pool area next to me and it was full of miscellaneous storage items. My key cards seemed to lose their access permissions routinely, and I had to have the front desk reproduce cards at least 3 times during my stay. Walking down the halls, it was sad to see all the damage to the walls, trim, and paint. If it was my hotel, I would feel bad to host guests in its present condition. I will not return, as there are many better options at similar price in Juneau.

Our room was missing a drawer, sheets were unsanitary, I was itching on the first day so I decided to wash all the sheets myself with bleach. The room needs extremely renovation, the curtains were dirty, the drawers are outdated the mattress were very uncomfortable my husband had to fix it as they didn’t put the mattress holder on the bottom correctly.

Terrible experience in Juneau and will never use your hotel again.

Everything was okay. I like the fact that it's literally across the airport, and you just need to walk across the parking lot to be at the hotel. The staff is very nice. The bed was very stiff tho. There's no view from the window. We didn't get to do a lot Activities because it was raining that evening and we had to fly out early in the morning. We rode Uber to go to Downtown Juneau and back for dinner. I heard the homeless crisis is very serious and it's not safe to go out by yourself, so we decided to just stay inside the hotel until our early flight the next day.

The hotel worked for what we needed but it was definitely dated. Smells pretty strong of cigarette smoke in the halls. It’s right next to the airport so it’s pretty noisy. Seems obvious but didn’t think about it. They didn’t have a hair dryer for our room which seems dumb but made a difference for me. Keep in mind it’s an extended stay so they only do housekeeping if you stay there 2 weeks… I probably should have done more research on my end

Appreciated being able to check in an hour or so early. Bed was awful and sagged to the point that I slept on the floor. Neighborhood was very iffy at night but it was very convenient to roll the luggage over to the airport in the morning despite having to navigate around a large deep puddle. The "breakfast" was awful and should not be billed as such. Packaged oatmeal, coffee and muffins in plastic wrap. Air conditioning vent was very noisy and we had to unplug it at certain points. This is a convenient hotel for its next to airport location but that is about all I can say to recommend it. The price should have been half of what was being charged.

Property is close to the airport, walkable! Checkin was very easy, and everything (building, parking spaces, lobby, amenities, and room) were clean during my visit.
