The heating/cooling unit did not work in the room we stayed. We opened the window but there was no breeze to cool off the hot room.
The toilet ran every 10-20 seconds. When we turned the water off and then back on to flush it, there was a leak and flooded the floor. By looking at the wall behind the toilet, it has been a problem for quite some time.
I asked for a partial refund when I checked out due to the above issues. The person I spoke to had to check with the manager and would get back to me the same day. No call. I
I called the next day and was told I would be issued a 10% refund. It's been 6 days and still no refund.

I waited for 10 minutes before I was greeted. The clerk was rude, and even ruder when my room keys would not work. There was no air conditioning in the hall. In order to access the air in the room, I had to stand on a chair. The air did not work properly in the room. The room was marginal in terms of cleanliness. At breakfast, the syrup and milk was spoiled. It was a very disappointing stay.

Looks ok outside, inside is extremely dated and worn. Inside smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

The hotel smelled like curry throughout the halls. The room was clean, the bathroom was definitely below my standards but definitely could have been worse.

There is no house keeping and when you ask it’s a big ask, breakfast what is suppose to be included is very poor
Room was hot. AC didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. The remote was broken. Just terrible over all for $140/night. Should be like 30/night. TERRIBLE

Very poor customer service.. rundown.. outside was not groomed.. garbage.. weeds everywhere.. a/c did not work well and TV was constantly searching for service.. food was terrible for breakfast in a dingy locked room..
