Nice hotel outside Pensacola Exit 7 on I-10. They are renovating it now but it was not too bad. Swimming pool was closed. This hotel used to have great BF but now it is basic but sufficient. Service people are friendly and respond to your needs.

after my brother and I checked into our room, I was standing there waiting to order some food and the door opened. Someone was coming into the room. Another group was given the same room. I went down to asked about the issue and was told that I was given the wrong room but everything was taken care of and I was okay to stay in that room. The air conditioner was loud and making noise, it leaked water on the floor. I just don't know how you check into a room and then the same room is given to another party. Hard to sleep knowing someone else could get in.

I was disappointed not to know about the pool renovation before I booked. This plus the fact that we only learned that we could cancel without penalty at the check-in desk, led me to feel mildly conned. We were in town for a funeral, not a vacation, but I imagine anyone facing such sudden choices when they were hoping to rest would be unhappy.
The Front Desk Staff were wonderful across the board and quick to address any little trouble.The only problem was we kept having little troubles. The TV wouldn't connect to the cable and the phone wasn't plugged in on the first day. We got towels replaced but dirty towels left in the room. Turndown service was inconsistent.
Also, I particularly enjoyed the yogurt, fresh fruit, and tea options at the complimentary breakfast. All in all, I don't regret booking this place, but I don't feel teh need to return either.

Our room smelled like cat pee and when we told the office they just gave us spray to make it smell better. The pillows were flat and you needed multiple for your head. Also, our door would not lock. We did not find this out until the end, but the door could be pushed on and it would open. The kitchen staff was friendly and helpful though best part of the hotel.

Very disappointing. Stealing people. I booked through ******* and showed the amount to pay including all taxes and fees. The hotel charged more, an undisclosed amount. I will never book this hotel again. We hope the Radisson management will audit this hotel. We'll make a claim.

I cancelled this reservation last week on Monday August 11. This had to be done because of a death. To this point, I have received no refund on my credit card. Very disappointed.

The hotel is older so there is that old smell as soon as you walk into the room, also had a terrible mildew smell coming from our mattress. Def wasn’t up to the ratings it’s received online, just wanted to let others know..not the worst & for the price it’s bearable.
