The bathroom toilet was made for a toddler, carpet hasn’t been cleaned in years, ice machine didn’t work on the floor.
If you want to rent the room by the hour, expect drunk people to sit on the steps outside, and have ***** openly used in the parking lot, then this is the place for you .

Staff was wonderful with check in and explaining all the amenities. The bed was so comfortable and room was nice although you can tell when they updated the room it was not the greatest you can see all the imperfections in remodeling

Room was clean staff was very nice and welcoming breakfast was very limited no fresh fruit bakery items stale breakfast was not allowed to be taken to our rooms worst part was throughout the evening screaming teenagers ran rampant throughout the hotel knocking on doors throwing notes and inappropriate pictures under doors my 14-year-old daughter was exposed to very inappropriate pictures drawings if you will from dirty magazines these were pushed under our door boys were outside screaming at people who are looking to see what the commotion was this went on until about midnight at which point I went to front desk no one was found however most parents for this hockey team that apparently was at this hotel were enjoying themselves in the lobby and or the banquet room consuming alcoholic beverages leaving unsupervised teenagers to run rampant and harass other hotel guests. Due to this my future stays at this particular comfort Inn well no longer be part of our itinerary options very disappointed and discussed it with the behavior and actions and the lack of discipline because of behaviors. For what was paid for this room this behavior is unacceptable it is ridiculous that the cost of this room is twice that of any other night sad that this behavior is tolerated due to this increase of demand shame how it's overlooked over a dollar while other guess who pay same amount if not more is unable to rest peacefully

泳池房比桑拿房还热，我没游泳，感觉浪费了不少钱，住汽车旅馆会更便宜。这家舒适套房酒店的体验跟我之前入住的其他精选酒店相比大相径庭。两个房间只有一个小小的垃圾桶。酒店周围太多人要钱了。
酒店底层又旧又脏。我们浴室的门上破了个洞，门牌号是一张纸条。一股霉味。游泳池都没去玩。

走廊和房间有异味，墙上有洞，水槽没有排水口，房间号牌也丢失了
第一个房间烟雾弥漫，浴室门也关不上。第二个房间完全不同，而且更新。
