The mattress and sheets had blood stains on them. We asked the front desk to change our room and they were unable to accommodate them. We left the hotel. We will be asking for a refund because that is totally unacceptable.

Hotel was over all pretty decent. Front desk area was very nice. The room definitely could use some work but overall not horrible.

Thing that could improve
The mattresses were not fully covered and not bed bug proof. The bath tub was stained. The room was carpeted and needs to be wood/laminate for better cleaning purposes

挺好的，前台很热情，很友好，提供了很多帮助。由于早上需要很早去机场，提前让我可以吃早餐。非常好的一次入住体验。

泳池房比桑拿房还热，我没游泳，感觉浪费了不少钱，住汽车旅馆会更便宜。这家舒适套房酒店的体验跟我之前入住的其他精选酒店相比大相径庭。两个房间只有一个小小的垃圾桶。酒店周围太多人要钱了。
酒店底层又旧又脏。我们浴室的门上破了个洞，门牌号是一张纸条。一股霉味。游泳池都没去玩。
不要住在这里
走廊和房间有异味，墙上有洞，水槽没有排水口，房间号牌也丢失了
第一个房间烟雾弥漫，浴室门也关不上。第二个房间完全不同，而且更新。
