Very friendly staff with well-appointed, comfortable rooms. Only complaint was the Millertime restaurant. Food was so salty we couldnt eat it, and at about $200 for dinner for two, far too expensive.

Older hotel for sure but still very nice. 15 minute walk from pinnacle bank arena, a nice outdoor sitting area where we and some friends we made at the concert were able to sit outside and have a few beers. Highly recommended

My only complaint was the room was warm and even with the thermostat turned down it didnt seem to cool down. Other then that everything was perfect

Slightly disappointing for the price we paid. When entering the room, there was hair and urine on the toilet, the toilet paper holder was broken, our key cards stopped working two different times during our stay, the front desk called our room at 8 am and woke us up for something that could have waited, the bottled juice from the cafe was expired…. Not things you want to see when you book a nice hotel. But it had great food and drinks at the restaurant and there was tons to do around the area. Very clean and safe downtown.

Upon checking into the hotel, we noticed what seems to be dried sewage in the tub. When we called the front desk, they said it was an issue they were having with plumbing backing up. No solution offered other then cleaning the tub: which we still don’t feel good about using…

入住体验很棒。四楼的制冰机坏了。我被安排到五楼。周六我们离开时去了五楼，也没有冰。以这个价格，制冰机应该能用！晚上没有代客泊车服务。不得不把钥匙交给夜班服务员。退房还好。酒店周围正在施工。
