Two roaches in the bath tub. I smashed them with a tissue and left the remains on the microwave for housekeeping to see. Didn’t ask god smother room as they are as ll probably infested with bugs.

Absolutely the worst hotel on planet earth. If you like sleeping with and showering with cockroach then this is your place. If not, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The room seemed unfinished, no vanity in the bathroom and minimal furniture. Poor water pressure in the shower. Some kind of small bugs in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

The check-in lady at night was very nice, we got in at 9:45pm so it was straight to bed.
The bed was clean, and comfortable, noticed it had been updated recently.
In the morning turned the light to the bathroom to find bugs 🐜 and mold. The bathroom clearly hasn’t been renovated yet…
When checking out the lady was very rude and not willing to talk about a refund, and said yeah we know we have bugs have been working on the problem… how are they still open for business?

I wasn’t able to make it to the reservation of my room due to a family emergency and they couldn’t give me a refund so out of $135.

The room was fine until when I turned the light on in the morning and saw several cockroaches scurrying about.
Easy problem to correct. If that is addressed, then otherwise the room was fine.

The service was fantastic, very friendly and quick! We were only there about 2 hours when we saw 2 coackroaches running on the walls. We took our belongings and left immediately! The front desk lady was very helpful and apologized several times. She said they knew about the issue and were treating for them. I feel that maybe they should close until the issue has been addressed and taken care of so guests aren't returning home with an issue that's going to cost them money to take care of!!

The good part of the stay was that the hotel is pet-friendly, and the bed was comfortable.
When I checked in, the employee told me that I had a balcony; however, when I went to the room, the window was about 4 feet off the ground. There was a nasty smell in the room, but I was able to open the window and air it out. It would have been nice if there was a screen on the window. The floor was filthy; my feet were black after walking from the bed to the bathroom. There was a slot in the bathroom vanity for a box of tissue, but it was empty.
I know the hotel can't control other guests but at 3:21am a man and woman were arguing in the hallway. After that, there were a number of doors slammed.
