I did pre-check in prior to arrival. Once arriving it felt repetitive to pre-check in and took longer than it should have. Going thru the smoking designated rooms was horrific to get to our non-smoking room. Breakfast was minimal. Room was clean for the most part.

Checked in but left b/c didnt have an elevator for my handicap family member. Guy at front desk didnt understand ot speak english well. It was a nightmare late at night.

Staff was kind and accommodating. Our non smoking room had recently been smoked in and smelled badly. We relocated to a clean smelling room at garden level but the window and screen panels were off track, in disrepair, unlockable. Dead insect on the air conditioner unit. Wonder if they hadn’t planned on renting that room but were at capacity and were kind enough to switch our first room out. Comfortable beds and pillows, bedding washed but a couple stains, bathroom was fine. Fridge and tv worked. Didn’t try breakfast. Just needed a place to sleep on our road trip. Price was double the weekday rate. I assume because local college team home game next day. Not worth the inflated price for a no frills place. But we slept fine.

The heater had a urine like smell in the 1st two rooms we tried on the first night.🙄 On the 2nd night we were offered another room and it had a very good clean smell! We were so impressed with the manager doing all he could to accommodate us, even called us personally on off duty time to see how he can best help the situation. Thank you very much!
