This place is a worn down old horse. The carpet and the chairs in the lobby shot. Free WiFi the write up claimed. It only worked in the lobby. It faded in the hallway and disappeared in the room. The tv had one channel and the remote did not change channels or respond to the guide. The desk people were helpful but I think they heard all this before.

My husband and I stayed here two nights during a trip for a Nebraska Football game. It was better priced than a lot of places and met our needs for a bed but in no way seemed like a 3 star hotel. Room was old and run down with a bad musty stale smell that hit you in the face as soon as you walk in.

There are better places in Lincoln
Booked a hot tub room and got checked into a regular room. They claimed "I booked the wrong room" and photos don't match what is online. Breakfast was minuscule and seen several walk up and turn around. We ate somewhere else. The bed was the hardest thing I've ever slept in....woke up with a terrible neck ache and sore legs. They did have one hot tub room left, but it was wheelchair accessible so shower floor was soaked after showering since the curtain isn't long enough and doesn't allow water to flow towards the drain. Room was just overall ok and needed TLC. Sink drain did not drain. Room was quiet, AC worked well, hot tub worked after some finagling. I've worked at a hotel chain several years, I would not recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and large room
Comfortable and large room. Several places to get a quick bite to eat that are in walking distance. Nice staff. Simple but good continental breakfast offer.

Nice hotel for the price. Close to lots of food and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable and the AC works great!

The stairway up to the 2nd floor had stains on the steps, my room had stained chair, worn desk chair with stuffing exposed, curtains were coming off of the brackets. Alcohol bottle tops were laying on the floor between the ottoman and chair. Noises from other guests, yelling, banging on the doors at 2:00 am, 4:00 am and unable to sleep well. The clerk that checked me in was very helpful and carried my luggage up to the 2nd floor since no elevator. The coffee at 0645 am was cold and hot heated.

Stayed there before and it needs to be upgraded. Even though it was clean it felt grungy. The outside was weedy and not as nice as it used to be. Won’t stay there again.
