The TV remote didn’t work, one of the lamps would not turn on and there was a replenishment of toilet paper and we ran out within two uses

The multiple blood stains and splatters on the carpet & bedding was unsafe in rm 210. The mold surrounding the bathroom ceiling in rm 204 was unsafe and toxic. The refrigerator in rm 204 did not work. There was dirt virtually everywhere (on the counters, in the bathroom corners above the tub and shower,There was gobs of hair in the bathtub in room 210. The sheets in room 210 on both beds were dirty. I took my daughter and granddaughter to the store to buy blankets so they could sleep in the beds. One of the pillow cases had cigarette burns. I was told that we would be moved to different rooms for our day two stay. That did not happen. We stayed in the same rooms both days. There was no hot or warm water in either room in the showers/bath tubs. The sinks did provide some warmth. But, I suppose the thing that disturbed me was what happened when we checked in, During our welcome to our rooms the lady at the desk took a phone call. During that call she explained that the cost of the rooms (two queens - just like ours) was $ 110 a night. I paid ******* $ 545.80 for two rooms for two nights. That is $ 140 more than I paid *******. I thought the idea behind going through ******* was to save money. I did not. I paid more. There is so much more (including the fact that the pool and hot tubs were closed to the public). I am totally upset with the blatant disregard for our safety and cleanliness, "up-charges" in cost and the inability to find clean rooms.

Found it disgusting that there were lots of old cigarette butts laying outside the back entrance. Carpets looked questionable for cleanliness.

总体入住体验不错。
酒店位置很好,容易找,就在市中心。房间对于一张特大号床来说确实有点小,但床非常舒服,晚上睡得很香,而且非常安静。
早餐供应时间是早上6点到9点,感觉有点太早了,我们睡了个美美的懒觉后就错过了。
室外泳池很受欢迎,孩子们玩得很开心。
价格合理,总体满意!
淋浴体验很棒,床也超级舒服,我睡得像个婴儿一样。工作人员也非常友好和乐于助人。
房间很干净,但里面有一股难闻的气味,我觉得空气需要净化一下,因为气味就是从那里来的。走廊和泳池也需要保持干净一些,因为晚上蚊子很多。
我不推荐这家酒店。它很脏。泳池水是绿色的。地毯上有很多灰尘和污垢。早餐也不好吃。体验很差。
