The tub was dirty, had hair, the bathroom floor had hair everywhere and food behind the door, and buggers on the wall.

I loaded up the family and drove them to Leavenworth spent the whole day walking around shopping, drove to the hotel, hoping to lay down and relax to find out it was never cleaned rolled over found. I was laying on blood, flipped the pillow over. Found more blood not one towel in the room, and I used dirty bar soap in the shower not to mention crumbs and black hairs in between the sheets and comforters. The room was never cleaned.

Rooms are dirty with stained carpets and pungent smell. This property needs a complete overhaul. Wouldn’t recommend for a family stay.

Mold in the shower, outside the property was old and outdated. Staff wanted to charge me extra to check in early. Not very friendly.

酒店回复: Im sorry you did not enjoy your stay. However, we do charge an early check in fee for guest arriving more than 2 hours ahead of the standard check in time of 4pm. My front desk is not allowed to check you in without that fee, if you are early, and also having the deposit fee available on a card. Generally speaking, my front desk staff excels being kind and friendly to all guests. I am truly sorry that you did not experience that side of our staff and we welcome you to come back and try us again in the future.

The rooms aren't super horrible. They look nothing like the pictures though. It was alright for one stay though. Also there was a lot of fighting going on most of the night

The cleanliness of the room was okay. There was still garbage on the floor in the bathroom. The bed was okay for comfortablity.

I arrived and had problems with the microwave but the person at reception helped me, the next day I had problems opening the shower and I couldn't shower and I arrived at 8:45 for breakfast there were no eggs or anything hot, I informed the reception with another person who was there and he told me that they weren't going to do anything else, when like 20 people arrived then what happens if they eat everything quickly the rest of the guests don't have breakfast, that person started cleaning even when we were eating (only recommended because there wasn't even fruit) terrible!

酒店位置很好，容易找，就在市中心。房间对于一张特大号床来说确实有点小，但床非常舒服，晚上睡得很香，而且非常安静。
早餐供应时间是早上6点到9点，感觉有点太早了，我们睡了个美美的懒觉后就错过了。
室外泳池很受欢迎，孩子们玩得很开心。
价格合理，总体满意！
淋浴体验很棒，床也超级舒服，我睡得像个婴儿一样。工作人员也非常友好和乐于助人。
