Room was clean, air was cool. Shower was a bit wonky but did the job. Beds were comfortable and noise was at a minimum. Overall nice stay.

Hair in the shower, 2 inch spider on the wall by headboard, wet carpet with huge fan blower & toenail clippings on the floor in first room before we moved, no new towels or room cleaning for second night, no juice at breakfast, torn carpet, frosted freezer in fridge, missing parts for coffee pot, smart but dismissive/rude man at desk. Broken glass table laying outside of pool area with collapsed pool cover. Very disappointed in Wyndham for leaving their name on this business. All of these issues are normal for Indian owned low cost Motels in my experience, but for Wyndham.

有个戴眼镜的男员工,装作经理,但其实他根本就不是经理。他竟然嘲讽我那位患有自闭症且行动不便的朋友。他想让我的朋友开口说话。我不确定这名员工到底是怎么回事。但这种行为完全不能接受!绝对不会推荐这家店。
新刷的油漆并不能完全覆盖所有地方,但前厅却很漂亮。储藏室存在火灾隐患。为了找到合适的房间,我们搬了两次家。第一间房的门锁坏了,第二间房的空调坏了,第三间房还好。我预订了一张特大床,结果卡在了两张大床之间。住宿体验很友好,但房东需要改进。
这是唯一的选择,所以只能尽力而为。酒店急需深度清洁,门因为密封性不好,裂了一条大缝,马桶因为会移动,感觉像在船上一样。淋浴间有肥皂渣,而且水压完全没有。房间里有一股霉味,我知道这地方因为下雨潮湿,这很正常,但还是有点太重了。即使以我们付的价格,也应该更干净些。这次住宿唯一的优点是遥控器很酷,洗手池边有镜子。我不会再预订了。
