Very clean, great breakfast, and the front desk clerk (Alicia) was very welcoming. I stayed twice, a week apart, and she recognized me; greeting me like a was a "regular"

Great location and easy walking distance to many things! The staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean but hotel is starting to show its age especially in the bathrooms. Due for some updates soon.

Great location, price and service. We stayed here in the summer and came back in the fall. I was really impressed how the staff remembered our family.

Room was great but the mini fridge made a lot of noise so didn’t get much sleep.. didn’t realize it was the fridge til morning.

Great place to stay. Walkable to PBA Arena and many places to eat. Clean hotel and courteous staff. Great location!
Breakfast area is clean and service was good. Food was not.

DIRTY!!! Nasty toilet with black mold an inch thick!!! I asked to have it cleaned and it took two days to get someone there and even then it was a poor job of cleaning. Nail clippings beside the bed. Bedding was damp and the room very humid.
Breakfast was terrible. Oatmeal was old, very old - dried ring of old oatmeal and smelled bad. All bread products in an acrylic display/vending case were very moldy. Just opening the case the odor was strong.
The eggs were the size of peas or smaller and tasted sour. The french toast sticks were so dried out they were hard to chew. The fruit was mushy and tasted very old.
Your front desk personnel were very nice.
