Front desk staff was very good. Sunday morning breakfast room understaffed or overloaded: dirty tables, dirty countertops, food not replenished.
There were several families with children running up and down hallways, screaming and out of control. Took do not disturb signs off doors, chaotic in pool area. Staff did give warnings but it did not take care of the issue. They should have revoked their reservation

Very loud kids running all over slamming doors knocking on the walls beside me and up stairs above me. Couldn’t sleep till about 1:30 am

酒店位于温哥华市中心，地理位置优越。大堂提供免费咖啡和热巧克力，工作人员非常友善。房间很干净，床也很舒服，室内泳池和水疗中心是冬天住客的一大亮点。
