They would have received 5 stars if not for a completely unacceptable experience at checkout. A family member came to my door unannounced, speaking rudely and questioning whether I was leaving or staying. I had explicitly informed the check-in staff that I would be doing a late checkout, yet this information was ignored or not communicated. Guests should never be confronted in this way, and it reflects poorly on the management’s communication and professionalism.
