Dirty floor in room. I paid more than ******* told me. Staff is wonderful. On line it looks ok but in person its a dump!

Cost wise totally great. But the pictures look better than what it is. A big gripe I had is that for some reason our room was full of fruit flies. The room smelled like cleaner. The people that worked there stared at us more than I’m used to, if that makes sense. Had a weird vibe. Outside of that, it was tidy and inexpensive.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had a leaky toilet and broken drain under the sink. Didnt charge a pet deposit. Walls and doors needed a scrubbing. No breakfast, just coffee. Pool filter needed cleaning and a little tlc but the water was blue and refreshing. Comfortable beds.

The toilet leaked on the floor, the sink had a broken pipe under it so water went everywhere when i used it. The plug in the bathtub wouldn’t stay unplugged so i had to hold it to drain the water after taking a shower or bath. Water didn't get very hot. They didn’t charge a pet fee so that was nice. Staff was friendly. The parking lot was kept clean and garbages emptied daily. The room was “clean” but there was spider webs in the corners and the walls needed to be wiped down. The pool had blue water but the filters needed to be cleaned so i had to skim with the net before swimming. The tv picture was fuzzy. The air conditioner kept the room comfortable. Only coffee served in the morning, no breakfast. Close to restaurants and riverfront park.

不过暖气坏了，我们不得不打电话给前台让他们来修理/重置（据说是因为房间空置太久了）。
结果我们花了一个多小时，先是按照电话里的指示自己尝试加热房间，然后又等前台人员过来帮忙。
超爱住这里！总是那么干净和安静。市中心的位置也很棒。
