Parking area was full off pot holes and broken up asphalt. The mattress was chewed up on on corner and sheets didn’t fit. Furniture was chipped and damaged. No towel rods in bathroom. Several outlets and lights didn’t work. Alarm clock didn’t work. Refrig wasn’t cold. However the breakfast was good.

Hotel was fine. But our bedroom door had a separation at the bottom that we had to block so if someone noticed, they could peak into our room.

Room had bad cigaret smoking smell even though the hotel is non-smoking, the bottom of white window drapes black with dirt (mold?). The whole building didn’t seem to have been maintained well.
When asked for a late checkout by just 30 min (we checked in around 10 pm the night before), the front desk person said it would be an additional charge which was 50% of the room rate we had paid for the night!

The indoor pool was unavailable for use in early September.
The continental breakfast had a nice variety of options, however, was the same each day ( could be good or bad, depending on your preferences). Personnel were cordial, rooms clean, ammenities adequate. Sidewalk at entrance was uneven. Parking was free and appeared to be sifficient

We checked into the first room and there was stains all over the bedding and the carpet was very dirty. Asked for a second room, we got one and that room was worse. Hair all over in the bed sheets. Yellow stains on the comforter. Stains on the pillow case. Asked for a refund very politely as we knew it was not the front desks fault for the dirty room. We did not get a refund and he just checked us out of the room. So we were there for 45min and paid $185

Poor Cleanliness, Safety, and Customer Service
Horrible experience. Very dirty: brown stains on comforter, water stains on ceiling, mold in bathroom, AC not working, pool out of service, and construction hazards including open electrical wires and sharp metal paneling outisde in areas reserved for guests to walk pets... the worst part was that the phone number to complain or resolve any of these issues is a cylical series of menus through choice hotels- nothing to speak to an actual agent of the physical hotel you are staying. Nobody at front desk either. Really awful experience. After complaining, I recieved a legnthy and defensive email from the manager about the pool's construction and how they took it off the website as an ammenity; yet, nothing about the cleanliness, lack of customer service, or construction safety hazards. There are much better hotels in this area at a more reasonable price for what you recieve.
