酒店回复: We see currently renovating the area of our continental breakfast. We do offer the same version in a grab and go bag instead of out on a counter. Additionally, we have removed the hot tub because our insurance will no longer insure hotel hot tubs. We have replaced it with two new guest amenities but our indoor pool does still remain. We are happy you were able to enjoy that and got a great nights sleep.

A simple request to our reception team at the front desk would have remedied that but we do apologize for the inconvenience. Indeed as the signage indicates, we are removing the hot tub per our insurance carriers mandate. We have replaced it with two new exciting guest amenities. Our continental breakfast area is being updated as well but we offer the same items in a grab and go bag with a juice box. The coffee / tea station is available still 24 hours per day. We have plenty of brand new ice buckets in storage and one would have been brought had we known housekeeping failed to leave you one. We apologize for this inconvenience.

We do have a few guests that are on project based jobs in the area and are long term but they have become like family and tend to be very hospitable to our overnight, non long term stay guests. We are sorry if their presence caused you any alarm. We do have a manager in duty 24/7 and they would happily addressed any issues/concerns you may have had. We are currently renovating our breakfast area but offer free breakfast grab and go bags with fresh fruit, muffins, juice box, granola bar with energy bar. We apologize you were not aware. We did some preventive maintenance on your room to address the caulking issue. Thank you for alerting us, we appreciate that. We hope to see you again soon.

Unfortunately, our room had no bath towels, no shampoo or soap and no hot water. No shower for us because the water was at most lukewarm, plus the missing towels issue. The bedspread smelled like vinegar. The complimentary breakfast from 6:00-9:00 was empty and dark at 6:30.

The clerk at the desk was sweet and tried to do her best for me. The condition of the room however needed help. There was old cardboard under the appliance cabinet. There was peeling paint on the shower walls. The shower mat was stained. The floor was dirty in the bathroom all around the edges. The seat and lid for the toilet was loose. The tile in the bathroom was poorly installed and due to that held dirt in the gaps. It also took about 15 minutes of running the shower before the water temp got hot. The indoor pool was closed and there is no hot tub that was advertised on *******. The reason I give 3 stars is for the price it isn't a horrble place to spend the night. I've slept in much worse. The beds were clean, the fridge worked, and the clerk gave me a bagged breakfast so I didnt leave hungry. It's not her fault I couldn't eat it given it was all carbs and I'm diabetic.

The pool was closed a few hours because chlorine needed to be balanced for guest saftety as pool vendor accidentally added too much. The hotel hasn’t had hot tub (we added indoor putting green and kids play area) for 3 plus years and all online travel agency partners have been made aware years ago and we continue to try to work with these partners to provide accurate information on amenities offered.

This trip I met the owner and managers who are all very professional and anxious to please. I especially appreciated Zach, who is the maintenance supervisor, for his zeal and helpfulness.

The hot tub was removed as an amenity a few years back because of a mandate from the insurance carrier and we added a putt putt golf area for kids and adults to replace the previous amenity we had to delete for circumstances beyond our control. We actually serve a breakfast that is above the Wyndham requirements for the Days Inn brand. We offer a very convenient grab and go bag that includes juice box, fresh fruit, cereal bar, assorted donuts pack and muffins. We offer a complimentary coffee / tea station 24 hours per day. We do apologize that you were not able to partake in this amenity that’s applauded by our guests as convenient, easy and helps with their busy lifestyle.

他们没有来看看我的房间是否需要打扫。游泳池浑浊不堪。他们做了虚假广告，热水浴缸关闭了。他们没有制冰机用的冰桶。他们的浴帘上有霉菌。他们的椅子上有黑色污渍。他们向我收取了双倍的费用。他们没有正常的早餐，只能等着检查。
网站上显示有热水浴缸，但已被移除。早餐只提供便携袋，这绝对不是广告上说的。工作人员非常友好和乐于助人！但我们离开的那天早上看到一名男子从窗户爬进其中一间房间。幸好前一天晚上我们没有看到这一幕！！！
