We have stayed here before. And we love the rooms with the sofa beds. When arrived staff must been outside smoking no hurry to check us in. After took license and was about to do room keys got really rude for no reason and all I said was the screen doesn’t say anything. You can’t always understand someone who is non English.

The room had a horrible smell !!! The bed wasn’t comfortable at all and wasn’t even in the frame right!! There were stains everywhere including on the bed !!! The breakfast was cold and didn’t have many choices!! The pool looked horrible my kids couldn’t even swim!!

I wanted to share feedback about my recent stay at your hotel, as the experience was unfortunately very disappointing.
When we first arrived and began checking the room, we noticed a large stain on the pull-out sofa bed. We immediately informed the front desk and asked if the bedding could be changed while we were out for a few hours. The staff member said it would be taken care of, but when we returned, the same stained bedding was still there.
I went back to the front desk to ask about it again, but the staff member seemed to have difficulty understanding me. I requested clean bedding, and at first was told there were none available because everything was being washed. After repeating myself several times, I was finally given one sheet and one blanket.
Since the room was reserved for six people and the sofa bed was meant to accommodate additional guests, I expected there to be enough pillows and blankets for everyone, but there were not. I ended up having to change the stained sheet myself, which appeared to have a blood-like stain, and had to ask for gloves because I didn’t feel comfortable touching it.
In addition, there was only one roll of toilet paper for six guests, and very few towels. One of the towels provided was visibly dirty. The window area also had several bugs.
Overall, this was an unpleasant experience, and I was embarrassed after recommending and booking this room for my group. I hope you will address these issues to prevent this from

Staff was very friendly; room and bathroom were clean, towels and sheets were clean and fresh smelling. The room did smell musty. The parking lot had a lot of trash spilled by many cars...not the staff's fault.
It was the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in: water pipes running all night, loud voices in the hallway late and very early, and doors banging shut all night.

The t.v. had limited channels. Some were set to Spanish. I tried many times to change it to english, finally gave up. I did not want someone coming in the room at 8 p.m to fix it. Each room should have a brochure with what the hotel has to offer along with the times.

Very comfortable beds. Slept well. Hotel is dated. Pool was out of service. Everything was a little tired and wore out. Seemed clean however. Front desk staff wasnt rude but really wasnt welcoming or friendly. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Juice was all watered down and terrible. Found a good small breakfast place instead.
