Don't waste your money, it is better spent at a different hotel chain just around the corner for only $10 more. My family has stayed at this Rodeway, 2+ weeks every month for the last 3 months. It has declined with each stay. The place is on the governors list to be turned into homeless housing, and that's what it basically has become. It is a cesspool of *****, theft, and drama. The front office staff and maintenance people are amazing, however the whole hotel is filthy, inside and out. People standing outside rooms, slumped over or smoking *****. They let homeless roam the halls and dig thru the trash. In a 12 hour period,not only was I harassed so bad by someone roaming, that I had to call my husband to come down and walk me back to the room, someone also came up begging me to let them stay in my room,rent a room for them, give them a ride. The General Manager will rent a room to anyone who has cash. My car was hit in the parking lot and he refused to look at the cameras and instead raised his voice yelling at me asking what I wanted him to do about it. The major chain around the corner is clean, secure and safe. Worth it for just a little bit more per night.

Check in was closed when we arrived - had to wait 10 minutes. Not the most welcoming of visits so far - the worst check in experience ever. Room has a large bed suitable for two people but only has bedside table one side with lamp; presume that the person next to the lamp dictates switch on and off time. This is the first room we have stayed in that has no coffee making facility and the machine in the lobby had no way of making a drink. No information provided on places to eat - no information at all. Worst American experience to date and sadly coming at the end of our stay will be remembered for all the wrong reasons.

My husband and I checked in and checked out 15 minutes later. The room was very sparsely furnished and the furniture looked like it came from Goodwill, which is fine, just not in a hotel. The bed was hard as a rock and there was a strange piece of sheet metal under one side that sounded like thunder if your foot accidentally touched it. The bed was set in a corner of the room so there was a bedstand on one side only, which I haven't seen in other hotels. The other side of the bed was maybe 15 inches from the wall with no electrical outlets anywhere near. The lighting everywhere was very dim. My husband had to use his mini flashlight to see that the black marks on the tub were chips in the surface and not cockroaches. There were teenagers congregated in groups in the parking lot. I guess maybe the establishment caters mostly to younger people. I had accidentally booked another room at a much better hotel and I was bummed at having to pay for two rooms, but I was very happy to have another place to stay. The only positive was that the room at Rodeway Inn only ended up costing us $95.

Horrible time! The beds and pillows were rock hard! Also, there was a light right outside that was on all night and the shudders couldn’t cover all of the light. The bathroom was very dirty and there sheets were not warm at all. Not worth the money, sleep somewhere else.

Hello, I have to recognize the front desk at Rodeway inn staff that assisted me during my stays they are always respectful and give the best customer service. Desiree was able to check me in quickly without any issues. Adrianna was also very helpful when I lost my card key and Ashika was very patient when I needed a few more minutes before checkout. Overall the entire staff or at least the employees I have interacted with has always been helpful and understanding.

I had another great stay at Roadway thanks to the excellent staff Ashika, Rebecca, Rose, Adrianna and Abraham. They always make sure that I am taken care of during my stay. I always have a smooth check in and never have any issues, unlike other hotels that I have stayed with in the past

Very clean and feels extremely safe. They have a gated car park and well-lit surrounds. Handy location with easy access to the American river park way for a morning run. Down side was no breakfast at all but this was my first time staying at a Rodeway inn and maybe that’s par for the course.
