I had my son’s engagement party at Lux hotel. We are from Toronto, Canada. We stayed here for 3 nights. Our whole experience from the point of check-in to room stay to party at the banquet hall was extremely awesome. The staff together with GM took deep interest in making sure that all the arrangements are hick up free. We had party for over 150 people and had guests from outside Dallas occupying 14 rooms. We had so much comfortable stay and outstanding party. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. I am planning to re-visit Dallas for friends re-union in Sep and look forward to experience the same warm stay with Lux! Thanks Hameeda and Alex She’ll. You guys are great!!

Hotel is clean and staff are nice, however, rooms are small than your standard hotel rooms. AC didn't work and clerk said they couldn't move us and we'd have to wait for maintenance the next day. We had plans the next day and didn't want anyone in our room for an extended period. There is no breakfast of any kind,, and I never saw the restaurant open.

Very serene space and a breath of fresh air as you walk in. Love it. The manager and workers too were very friendly and welcoming. They made our even so beautiful by setting up the hall and always ready to help.

Whether you’re in town for a family getaway, a wedding, or a solo escape, this hotel delivers comfort and class. The Zuri Restaurant & Lounge downstairs is sleek and stylish, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. I also appreciated the free parking and fast Wi-Fi—small things that make a big difference. Highly recommend Lux Hotel & Spa for anyone looking for a relaxing, refined experience in Arlington. I’ll definitely be back!
