The room was so welcoming and clean. The bed was comfy after a long day of driving I slept soundly. I checked in around midnight and the attendant was very accommodating and even helped me as I parked my Uhaul. I would stay there again if I’m in the area.

Staff was very nice. Location was good. There was a lot of dust behind the TV which aggravated my allergies and the old school thermostat made it hard to set a good temp in the room which led to poor sleep.

Everything was perfect ! The staff was so friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy and it’s located in a great spot for walking to Chico State campus and downtown !!!!

The area was central to downtown Chico and very pet. In fact Schuberts ice cream ( really great) was just across the street. Check it out
Parking adequate, staff exceptionally friendless and efficient. Breakfast had a variety of fruits, yogurts, breads and waffles. Worked out great for us

Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean other than the carpet, it made me now wanna walk barefoot. Breakfast was decent with good options just nothing was premade for you.
