The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool area was a little chilly as was the pool. The tables outside the pool were a great place to gather as a family. The area is open until 11:00 on weekends; I wish holidays would be included in that. It would have been nice to have extra pool time but we got booted out right at ten. The breakfast was just okay. Overall, we had a great stay.

This hotel is for families. The pool is in the middle of the hotel and can get noisy from kids playing in the pool.

We had a large group, around 20. We gathered at pool area in the evening and next morning. The staff made us feel like we were not welcomed in area. Checked wrist bands several times and was rude in morning. Actually asked one of our members if we all stayed in same room. We were in 10 rooms at the hotel. Just disappointed with staff attitude when we were in the common areas.

First of all breakfast starts at 7am which is to late. There were no pancakes or waffles that you could make. One type of begels which was rasin. Had to ask for cream cheese and they were clueless where it was. First we were told they were out of cream cheese. Breads were white or wheat. Asked help to clean the microwave. Told to clean plate and door. Three days later inside door still not cleaned. Inside plate was dirty again and seems not checked daily. The wall next to microwave had food splattered. Was still on when we left. There was a Asian lady who was busy cleaning and clearing tables and we only saw a few days. She was busy checking everything. They should have her train employees. I never saw covers for coffee cups while she was not there. They do not clean rooms everyday. We had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. Since we didn't need the room cleaned every day it wasn't a big deal. When we saw the cart, we asked for towels and toilet paper. The front desk staff was friendly. The housekeeping staff was also friendly. The pool could get noisy on the weekends with kids screaming and running around. No toys or items allowed in the pool even though I saw some ball throwing and floating devices.
It would be nice if floatation device's were allowed. There was a kids party while we were there. The kids were running and screaming. The weekends seemed to have the most kids. The hot tub was nice since the pool was cold.

Breakfast was awesome. My kids really appreciated how deep the pool was. Hot tub was good too. Beds were comfortable. Only fault was how thin the walls were. We were next to the outside door and the elevator and it was so loud all day and night. So many barking dogs, screaming kids and drunks bellowing.
