Never in your life stay in this hotel or take your family to it. I had a reservation (88917EE069718), and arrived around 7 pm. The receptionist stays locked in place for his safety. I didn't feel safe, the neighborhood looked like the Walking D3ad. They don't serve breakfast anymore as advertised. I went to my room on the 2nd floor, there was a couple smoking w33d with their door open right in front of my room. By the way, the hotel smells of m4riju4na. I asked them to cancel my reservation (at no cost) and immediately made another reservation at La Quinta in Dublin. I drove more than 30 minutes to get there. Asked the hotel in Oakland to not charge any cancelation fee (I did not cancel, it was impossible to stay in that hotel), but they refused and charged me the cancelation fee. PLEASE REFUND. Not in a good location of town. Website states it has an airport shuttle and free breakfast, it had neither. The bedding was threadbare and the limited amenities were closed or under repair. Wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. Caveat Emptor
