预订的时候说房间里有咖啡机,结果根本没有。我去前台询问,他们告诉我酒店好几年都没在房间里放咖啡机了,但大堂旁的早餐室全天24小时都有咖啡。那里的咖啡喝起来感觉像是放了好几天。至于所谓的“清淡早餐”,就只有一些可以烤的英式松饼,几份预包装糕点和一些谷物棒。‘清淡’真是早餐的关键词。
房间里有时有热水,有时又没有。酒店设施看起来已经很旧了,我们入住时房间里弥漫着一股霉味,过了一会儿才散去。维修工作似乎是由一位好心的杂工完成的,但他显然缺乏维修经验。通往杂物间的门总是敞开着,这让走廊的环境大打折扣,更别提那些被用作储藏室的房间的景象了。
最后,当我们退房时,却无法拿到显示实际费用的收据。我们预付了两晚的房费,离家前也拿到了那两晚的收据,但我们又通过电话直接向酒店预订了第三晚。当前台工作人员无法打印出额外一晚的收据时,他承诺会直接发到我们的邮箱。等我们回家查看邮件,收到的收据上并没有显示额外一晚的费用。我的错——以后再也不会预订预付房费的酒店了!
我们进房间的时候,房间非常干净,闻起来也很香。地毯一尘不染。床超级舒服,床单也很整洁。我们多住了两天!
设施陈旧,卫生较差,床上还看到蟑螂,早餐仅仅提供热水和咖啡。
