Front desk staff was genuine and helpful. The worst part was the owners that were staying in the hotel on the second floor were burning incense and ringing bells with the door open. The entire floor was smoked out. Feels like a serious safety concern to burn things with guests there and ignore others. It was hard to see or breathe.

I liked that it was a quiet area and had a dining option within walking distance.
I didn't like that we checked in on Thursday and out on Monday and we didn't have any housekeeping service the whole time. I would have been nice to atleast have the garbage picked up and fresh towels.

at check it was $6 more but know one knows what it was for , breakfast was about a 4 out of 10 it needs to be tore down or remodeled it does not compete with a higher end hotel for almost the same price , no one was in the pool or hot tub the hot tub was Luke warm and I decided not to use it for the price I would pay the extra $20 and stay at a higher end hotel

The room had a terrible odor. The bathroom floor was very dirty. The paint was coming off the walls. The carpet was heavily stained and not glued down. There were large areas of it coming off the floor. We paid close to 500 dollars for 2 nights. We were miserable and too scared to check for bed bugs, as we knew with the big event being held in the area there were no other places available. I booked this in March for August 30th. You’d think they would have given us a better room. It was to be a queen bed regular room. Instead it was a large 2 room type of suite with a large standard fridge! FILTHY!

Check-in seemed easy as we checked in around midnight. Our room had an ordor as if someone was just smoking in it. The air conditioner had a very annoying sound to it. Not other options for another room as the hotel was "full" The bathroom had peeling ceilings.

Impersonal staff
The check-in was simply odd. The front desk clerk didn’t say hi or welcome us. She just looked at us weirdly. Completely impersonal. No information given about the hotel, wifi, breakfast times. Nothing. Just “I need your ID. Insert credit card.”
The hotel itself was fine; certainly not great. The room was clean, although a bit run down and had a musty smell. There was no ventilation system in the bathroom, which may have been the cause of the smell.
Breakfast was ample; waffles, yogurt, a variety of breads, eggs and sausage. Good coffee.
