Pillows were awful. AW. FUL.
Front desk was rarely staffed, nothing but signs asking to call.
Check out the screens on the front side of the property. Several are in awful/questionable condition.

The hotel lobby, hallways and room smelled clean, and not bleach clean. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and their pillows were terrible (sadly I forgot mine from home) think flat pancake. But the bed was comfy and everything in the room was nice. The gal that helped us check in at the front desk was friendly and explained the pet policy to me. We will definitely stay there again......with my pillow from home 😉

The tub wouldn't drain - so first you stood in cold water, then dirty water. Shower head was awesome. Bed was rock hard - might as well sleep on the floor with a sheet. Locks on doors don't work so you had to slam the door to get it to close - very noisy hallway. Room isn't dark at all. The odor neutralizing spray was so thick when I entered it was tough to breathe. Turning the fan on high helped that. Will not go back.

Front desk staff was genuine and helpful. The worst part was the owners that were staying in the hotel on the second floor were burning incense and ringing bells with the door open. The entire floor was smoked out. Feels like a serious safety concern to burn things with guests there and ignore others. It was hard to see or breathe.

The shower area had a handful of pieces of hair in it. Was also bummed that no complimentary hygiene items were stashed in the bathroom. I assume I could have come to the desk to ask, but we had a very, very late arrival and I didn't want to disturb being that it wasn't necessity.
