We stayed in room 146 instead of our normal148. 146s toilet is too short and the.mattress is not as comfortable as the one in 148. Also like the shower head in 148 better

The hotel was not as depicted in the pictures. It was very dated, the room had an odor and did not feel safe. We did not stay and had to book another room. I would never send a client to this property.

Phil at the front desk was amazing! In the room the hair dryer didnt work but putting that aside was good.

Had to wait to check in kept ringing bell nooone helped me. Our room smelled funny and was not worth $137 it had cob webs everywhere the front door had a gap the couch was broken couldn’t set on it around the whirl pool had broken tile. I was taking a shower and there was spiders and the tub wasn’t draining so the tub was filling up was the worst hotel ever.

There was roaches and what looked like bed bugs in our room. The area seemed very unsafe and dirty. When we told the front desk she moved us into another room but told me to keep it down when I told her about the bugs. She didn’t seem surprised. Very disappointing. The ice machine was disgusting and Avery rusty looked very unsanitary.

The fan for air and heat woke us up every time it kicked in. I thought at first someone was trying to get in our room with all the room. I had to run a sound app all night on my iPad to drown it out. We did find bugs and outside of the room was lots of garbage. The food selection was poor and the coffee at breakfast wasn’t drinkable. No I wouldn’t stay there again
